Ask for a complimentary consultation to discuss the following points:
- Specific services included
- Final menu decision & guest count dates
- Deposit amount, total cost (including taxes, gratuities, etc.) & payment methods
- Cancellation policy
Before you make your menu decision, schedule a taste testing, and note food preparation and presentation. Ask the caterer their policy on fresh food and produce use as opposed to frozen or canned food goods.
