Our Bison Banquet Center is able to seat 225 people (350 with rental of restaurant).  It can divide into smaller meeting rooms which seat groups from 10 to 150 people.

Room Rental on Saturday is $250 with a $4000 food and beverage minimum. Rental on Friday is $150 with a $1500 food and beverage minimum. There is a linen charge of $1.00 per person and a cake service charge of $75.00. You can select your dinner from our plated entrée or buffet style menus; or we can also work with you to customize a dinner just for you. If you are looking for a venue to host both your ceremony and reception we can accommodate that as well. There is a beautiful patio area overlooking the golf course to hold your ceremony. There is a $200 ceremony charge which includes the use of an arch.

Book your wedding at Eagle Trace! We have a large event room that can seat up to 225 people. We have a beautiful pool area available for rental as well (with higher available seating, but as always, weather permitting)!
