The 10th annual My Minnesota Wedding Bridal Expo will be held on Saturday, November 13th from 1:00 - 4:30 pm at the Monticello Community Center (505 Walnut Street, Monticello, MN 55362).
The show is sponsored by MAJIRS! Advertising & Design and the Monticello Community Center in an effort to promote wedding service businesses in the Northwest Metro area.
This year we are pleased to announce the addition of www.myminnesotawedding.com as another avenue to promote your businesses.

- Booths will include 8' black back drapes and 3' side drape. One 8' table with floor length black linens (Please check "Table needed" on registration form)
- Booth fee: $300
End-cap booth fee: $550
Double booth fee: $600
Final registration day is September 30th and full payment is due September 30th, 2010. Absolutely no refunds. For your convenience, we now accept credit cards. To make a payment, please call Michele at 763-295-4393.
- Exclusive list of brides will be provided to vendors no later than two weeks after show date
- Booth set-up may begin at MCC on Friday, November 12th 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and on Saturday, November 13th at 9:00 a.m.
- Vendor/Helper Check-in Saturday: All vendors must check in at the ticket table in the gym and wear a nametag. You will be given a small vendor label to wear. If you have helpers for your booth please give us their names and have them check in at the ticket table. (Only 3 people per booth) If their name is not on the list they will be charged the $5 admission.
- All Expo participants will be listed www.myminnesotawedding.com from the time they register.
PRIZE DRAWINGSYou are responsible for your own prize giveaways.
CATERER/BAKERY: TASTE TESTING
Your registration covers your display booth in the gym from 1 - 4:30, and allows you to provide food samples at your booth.
FLORISTS/DECOR: DISPLAY OPPORTUNITIES*

EXHIBITOR AGREES TO:
- Distribute Bridal Expo flyers and Bridal Expo Guides at their business
- Have booth set up by 12:30 p.m. and keep booth fully displayed and occupied from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Only 3 people per booth
- Exhibitors are allowed one business per booth, no exceptions
- Exhibitors are not allowed to hand out any other information for any other business except for the business you registered under. This includes business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. Any vendors who are caught abusing this rule will not be invited back to the expo and will not receive the list of brides from the show.
- All exhibitors agree that they WILL NOT distribute the mailing list to any other businesses or interested persons. Any Vendor who is caught abusing this rule will be fined $300 or may not be invited back to the expo.
- All exhibitors are asked to mail out a minimum of 10 postcards inviting brides to the show. The postcards will contain a place for you to write your business name (Sharpie markers or labels work well). Each postcard will state: "Receive one Free Admission to the Bridal Expo with this postcard". All postcards will be counted and the business with the most brides attending will receive 50% off a booth for the 2011 show. (2009 business winner was Minah's Cakes!)
- Vendors will receive postcards and a poster for their location and are asked to link the MMNW web site to theirs to help promote the show. A pdf file will also be available if you would like to contact brides via e-mail.
